The platform also provides access to applications made available by GoTrader and selected third-party providers. This simulated trading environment is designed to serve as an educational resource or supplemental training tool for users.
- Please note that our platform currently operates solely as a simulator and does not support live trading. Any attempt to use your account for live trading or purposes not supported by GoTrader is done at your own risk, and we disclaim any responsibility or liability in such cases.
- By using our services, you acknowledge that all trading activity conducted through our platform is simulated. Any capital allocated during Step 1 or Step 2 is for use within a Live Non-Executable account and is solely intended for simulated trading. These funds do not represent real capital and may not be used outside the scope of our services. Unless otherwise stated in a formal Funded Trader Agreement, you are not entitled to receive compensation or share in profits from simulated trading results, nor are you responsible for any losses incurred.
- Trading instruments including FX, Metals, Commodities, Shares, and Indices are quoted on a 24/5 basis. Cryptocurrency instruments are quoted 24/7. While you may hold open positions over weekends, pricing is not available during this time. As a result, you will be unable to open, close, or modify trades from Friday market close until market reopening on

Order Process

GoTrader Account

Responsible Trading Policy
- At GoTrader, we promote responsible trading and support users who demonstrate consistent trading discipline. We do not endorse strategies that resemble gambling or attempts to exploit the Accordingly, all users must comply with our Responsible Trading Policy.

- Executing trades based on slow or external data
- Coordinating trades with other users or mirroring positions across multiple
- Utilizing account management or “challenge passing” services, or operating from multiple IP addresses.
- Violating the terms and conditions of any platform or third-party
- Employing automated software, AI, or tools designed to create an unfair
- Engaging in activities deemed inconsistent with standard trading practices or that may cause financial harm to GoTrader.
7.2.2. IP Address Use:
- Traders with a single Client Identifier (CID) may use multiple IP addresses for trading, provided they are all tied to the same CID.
- Traders with multiple CIDs must use the same IP address across all associated

- Risking 50% or more of your drawdown limit on a single trade or multiple trades of the same instrument.

- If a trader exhibits reckless behavior, GoTrader reserves the right to take corrective actions. Accounts are subject to review at key milestones, such as transitioning from Step 2 (Verification) to Step 3 (Funded Trader), or when requesting a withdrawal. Based on this review, we may take any of the following actions:
- Reset a Challenge account to the beginning of Step 1 or Step
- Reject the transition to Funded
- Reset a Funded account to its original
- Temporarily reduce profit splits by 50% to 100%.

7.4. Automated Trading Rules:
- Use of Expert Advisors (EAs) is permitted on both Challenge and Funded Trader accounts, provided they comply with the general and risk management rules set forth in Sections 7.2 and 7.3.
- Traders are prohibited from using MQL5 signal services or replicating trades from other GoTrader users.
- High-frequency trading (HFT) and automated trading via specific protocols are strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:
- API .Net
- FIX/API protocol
- ITCH Market Data protocol
- Any violation of this Section 7 may result in immediate termination of the trader’s account, without refund.
- If a violation of Section 7 is committed in collaboration with other GoTrader users, all involved accounts will be terminated, and no refunds will be issued.
- GoTrader reserves the right to terminate any account under reasonable suspicion of misconduct. No refunds shall be granted in such instances.

Accounts are offered in USD, with set sizes and corresponding one-time fees as follows:

- The fee covers access to Step 1 (the Challenge) and is non-refundable once a trade has been executed on the account.
- However, if both Step 1 and Step 2 are successfully completed without the use of automation tools (like Expert Advisors), the original fee will be refunded when the trader makes their first withdrawal from a funded account.
- Traders are permitted a maximum combined capital of $600,000 across all Challenge and Evaluation Accounts exceeding this limit will be closed and refunded.
8.1.1.2 Trading Rules
- Daily Drawdown Limit
Traders must maintain daily risk management. A constant 6% daily loss limit is enforced based on the account balance 24 hours prior. For example, with a $100,000 account, the max daily loss is $6,000. The calculation uses the trader’s equity (which includes both closed and open trade P&L).
(b) Maximum Overall Drawdown
Throughout Step 1 and 2, account equity must not fall more than 12% below the initial balance for that step. A $100,000 account must not fall to or below $88,000.
(c) Inactivity Rule
If no trades are placed for 30 consecutive days, the account may be closed without a refund to optimize system performance and resources.
(d) Responsible Trading
All rules under GoTrader’s Responsible Trading Policy must be followed—including general trading behavior, risk management, and automation policies.

(d) Consistency Requirement
Traders must keep using the same strategy they used during the Challenge and Evaluation steps. A noticeable shift in strategy may be considered a violation. This includes:

- Using different instruments
- Altering risk parameters like stop losses
(e) Responsible Trading
All aspects of the Responsible Trading Policy must continue to be followed.
8.1.2.2 Profit Withdrawals
To be eligible for a withdrawal:

9. Payments

The cost of using GoTrader’s services depends on several factors, including the type of account selected and the amount of starting capital. Each user’s fee structure may vary based on their individual choices.
9.2 Pricing Flexibility
GoTrader reserves the right to offer customized pricing and terms to individuals or businesses at its sole discretion. Fees are not guaranteed and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Any changes to pricing will apply only to future purchases and will not affect previously completed transactions. Promotional offers, vouchers, and discounts may be available from time to time but can be modified or discontinued without warning. After any promotional period ends, standard pricing will apply automatically.
9.3 Accepted Currencies
Payments must be made in the currency selected at checkout. If the chosen currency is not supported on the GoTrader platform, the amount paid will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
9.4 Payment Methods
You can pay using:
- Credit or debit cards via Stripe
- Cryptocurrency through LetKnow
- PIX transfers using SqalaPay
All transactions are processed immediately. By submitting payment, you agree to cover any additional fees associated with your selected payment provider. The total amount due must be paid in full as quoted by GoTrader.
9.5 Payment Information
To complete your transaction, you may be asked to provide necessary details such as your name, phone number, address, email, billing info, and card or wallet data. GoTrader does not store or access this data—payment information is encrypted and securely processed by Stripe, LetKnow, or SqalaPay.
9.6 Taxes
Service fees do not include applicable taxes. If you’re a business or trading entity, you’re responsible for ensuring all related tax obligations are fulfilled.
9.7 Payment Security
To help prevent fraud and maintain the integrity of our service, third-party payments are not accepted. The payment method must match the identity verification (KYC) and withdrawal information you provide.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Finality of Payments
All payments made through the GoTrader platform are considered final and non-refundable. Fees are charged in exchange for access to GoTrader’s evaluation services, such as the trading challenges, and are not reimbursable once submitted.
10.2 Right to Cancel Within 14 Days
You have the option to cancel your order and withdraw from your agreement with GoTrader within 14 days of purchase, no explanation required. To exercise this right, send a cancellation request to support@gotrader.com. If eligible, any refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
Important: If you begin trading on your evaluation account within this 14-day window, your right to cancel and receive a refund under this clause will be void.
10.3 No Refunds After Trading Activity or Rule Violations
If you’ve initiated trades on your account, failed to meet the requirements of the GoTrader Challenge or Verification, or breached any part of this agreement, you are not eligible for a refund, even if you cancel your order or request termination.
10.4 Defective Services
In cases where GoTrader fails to deliver services as outlined, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct any issues within 30 days of being notified. If the problem cannot be resolved at that time, you may either cancel the agreement and request a refund, or request a reasonable adjustment (discount). To do so, email support@gotrader.com with your request.
10.5 Fraudulent or Unjustified Disputes
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or similar actions made without legitimate grounds will be treated as abuse. GoTrader reserves the right to terminate access to all services, deny future use of the platform, and pursue legal remedies if a user initiates unjustified refund claims.
11. Fraudulent Transactions
- Use of Services for Fraud or Illegal Activity
If GoTrader receives any reports or evidence suggesting that its services have been used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, we will fully cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in their investigations. Should the allegations be confirmed, the user responsible will be permanently blacklisted and barred from accessing GoTrader’s services in the future.
11.2 Unauthorized or Fraudulent Payments
In cases where unauthorized use of a payment card or any other fraudulent payment activity is reported, GoTrader will provide full support to banks and law enforcement during the inquiry. This may include sharing relevant user information, card verification records, and any communication or transactions conducted through our platform.
12. Intellectual Property

All materials presented on the GoTrader website—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, design layouts, source code, and software—are the intellectual property of GoTrader or its affiliates and partners, unless expressly stated otherwise.
